RSG Ventures is a development company that specialises in luxury residential projects. Our vision is to provide a unique approach towards housing by pushing the boundaries of design within homes. Through remodelling, expanding and refurbishing we maximise value and our sites & homes deliver innovative spacial arrangements, architectural flair and extraordinary interiors.

Rupinder Gidar

Founder & CEO

Rupinder is a talented and unique real estate developer based in London.

 

Committed to exploring the world of construction and design, he embarked on a journey to achieve both an Undergraduate and Masters degree in Architecture from the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He then worked as an Architect for Zaha Hadid Architects and completed his Part 3 at the RIBA to fully qualify.

 

This has provided him with an accomplished background in spacial planning, a unique awareness to emerging architectural trends and an extensive network of planners, designers and consultants.

Ravi Gidar

Founding Director

Ravi is an award-winning and skilled veteran in the field of real estate.

 

After qualifying as a pharmacist in 1982, Ravi then established a career in the care sector and founded Gold Care Homes - which now boasts over 20 homes within its portfolio.

 

Over the years he has bought, invested in and been involved with the sale of a range of developments which include; housing, hotels and commercial projects. Ravi’s experience equips him with the skill and knowledge when searching for new and exciting sites for future developments and his accomplished portfolio provides access to a vast and distinguished network of leaders within the construction industry.
